To secure reservation of your chosen dates a deposit of £100 is required on booking with the balance payment due six weeks before your arrival. When booking within six weeks and for short breaks, the full balance payment is required.

Minimum stay is 3 nights and prices are based on a nightly rate.

There is 10% discount for 7 nights or more

Little Barnfield is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please be ready to vacate the cottage by 10am to enable it to be prepared for the next guests

 The cottage is unsuitable for children.

Little Barnfield has a no smoking policy.
